Fall Box Top Contest Begins

Our Fall Contest starts today! Extra collection sheets are in the front office to the right (or you can find it here on our PTA website).   Please collect any BONUS size Box Tops in a separate bag or envelope that can be turned in with your collection sheet.  Be sure to check expiration dates and include your student’s name and teacher!

Please like our facebook page at Colleen Bevis Elementary PTA if you haven’t already.  All students who enter at least 25 Box Tops on a collection sheet (also including BONUS size Box Tops), will have their name entered into a drawing for one of 10 gift card prizes. The more sheets you turn in, the more times your child’s name will be entered into the drawing. We have 10 gift cards to Art Monkey Art & Ice Cream, Walmart, Target and Books A Million. Also, the class in each grade who turns in the most Box Tops will win a class treat.

Upcoming PTA General Membership Meeting

Our PTA General Membership meeting will be held next Monday, 9/22, at 8:05 a.m. (continental breakfast) and 8:20 a.m. (meeting) in the MPR.

Last Week for Bevis Uniform Fall Orders

Bevis Uniform Orders

Hi everyone! Hopefully most of you got all of your uniforms last night, but if you didn’t we will have them delivered to your child’s classroom next week.  If there are any questions or concerns about your order, please don’t hesitate to contact Vicki Porter at uniforms@bevispta.com.

Bevis Uniform Orders

It is hard to believe it is time to order uniforms for the 2014 – 2015 school year!  If you want to pick up uniforms at open house, you have a few days left to order.   You can order online until Friday, June 20th.   Paper order forms can be turned in to the Bevis office only tomorrow, since the school is closed Friday.  You may view samples in the Bevis office.
