$50 is the suggested contribution per child, but donations of any amount are welcome from anyone – including grandparents, friends, neighbors, your company, matching donations!
Rather than raising funds through door-to-door sales, the Bevis PTA holds an Annual Donation Drive. (We know you don’t want to sell cookie dough or overpriced wrapping paper!) Monies raised enhance the education and overall experience of EVERY CHILD at Bevis. That is why our goal is to have EVERY FAMILY participate!
Our school Donation Drive Kicks off in October 2025! After receiving positive feedback from our parents that have participated in our PTA Donation/Pledge drive in the past, we continue to offer this simple way for parents, relatives, and friends to support our school. We are asking Bevis families to make a one-time, tax-deductible donation. Thank you to those that have already donated earlier in the year!! To donate go to: Givebacks.
Did you know our PTA buys an agenda for every student? Many families are shocked when they find out how many things they thought were funded by the county, are actually funded by the Bevis PTA. These donations are used to fund technology, classroom books, school clubs, student incentives, and much more!

You can make your 100% tax-deductible donation one of these ways:
- Fill out a Donation Drive form (click here to download one) and make a check payable to “Bevis PTA”. You can bring them to the front office in an envelope labeled “PTA”.
- Make a secure contribution here via credit card.
